Hello friends!

My name is Annette Von Ahn. I am excited to help you with your housing needs; be it buying, selling or leasing.  I have always had a passion for helping people; and a lifelong interest in the security of that special place we know as HOME, the place where we live our lives, cherish our families and make memories!

A bit about me - I am currently a licensed REALTOR with JB Goodwin REALTORS Lake Travis/Austin, Texas.  My real estate coursework was completed at The Real Estate School of Business in Austin.  I am a licensed retired Music Teacher with a Bachelor of Science in Vocal Music Education, and a Master of Arts in Vocal Pedagogy; both from The Ohio State University. 

My husband, Karl and I moved to Lakeway, TX in 2015.  We have 4 children, 5 grandchildren; and our pets - 4 cats, 2 dogs and 2 turtles.  I love the Lord; and enjoy singing and playing piano in church.

I built houses for Habitat for Humanity and renovated and remodeled my own houses many times.  I am an acknowledged third degree black belt in Shorin Ryu Karate, and a first degree black belt in Kodokan Judo (retired).  I was a dancer and artist for many years, and I like to think of myself as having the creative ability to think 'outside of the box'.
